Admitted to 58th Casualty Clearing Station with scabies, 31 October 1917. Transferred to hospital, Boulogne, 13 November 1917. Rejoined unit, Havre, 29 November 1917. Hospitalised with scabies 8 March 1918. Rejoined unit 19 March 1918. Reported as killed in action, Dernancourt sector, France, 5 April 1918. Reported as having died of wounds whilst a prisoner of war in German hands, 9 April 1918.
