Admitted to 1st Auxiliary Hospital, Harefield, 26 March 1917. Embarked Miltiades, Devonport, for return to Australia 4 May 1917. Returned to Australia 5 July 1917. Discharged from AIF due to medical unfitness 24 August 1917.
