Henry William Larance was born at South Creek in western Sydney on 24 June 1842. His parents were George Taylor Lawrence and Anne Elizabeth Lawrence nee Allman.

Henry Larance Mayor of Orange 1890

Henry William Larance was born at South Creek in western Sydney on 24 June 1842. His parents were George Taylor Lawrence and Anne Elizabeth Lawrence nee Allman.

Henry became an alderman in 1885, replacing Joseph Windred. He served for fourteen years and was Mayor of Orange in 1890.

Henry died in Wellington on 27 August 1919.
