For many years Netball has been the most popular winter sport for women and girls in Orange and there have been many outstanding netballers from the City. Over time impressive facilities were developed in the Moulder Park complex. The Minister for Sport, Ken Booth opened a clubhouse, canteen and meeting rooms on Saturday June 13 1981 which was followed by an exhibition of netball by the NSW Open State Squad. Continuing development included resurfacing and the addition of floodlights.

In 2009 the home of netball was relocated to the newly constructed multidisciplinary sports facility at Anzac Park which includes the new Sir Neville Howse Stadium. This facility has expanded on the existing Anzac Park Centre to include the largest PCYC in NSW, four court indoor sports hall and multipurpose spaces for gymnastics, boxing, martial arts, dance and cultural activities. Externally, eight high quality mat surfaced netball courts have been constructed with lighting. An opening ceremony was held on 13 July 2009 performed by Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure and Local Government, Maxine McKew.
